The login issue preventing MIP access via RAP has been resolved, and MIP is now fully accessible through RAP. Direct login to MIP will not be available after 9:00PM ET on Thursday, November 30th. To access MIP after that time, please do so via RAP. The RAP portal is the preferred access for MIP and it will be the ONLY access after November 30th. If you are currently unable to access MIP via RAP, please reset your RAP password by clicking the "forgot password" link on the RAP login page.
