Please complete the appropriate areas of the request sheet below to add users to the production environment and submit to your Regional Service Center (RSC) contact for processing. Please contact the Risk MAP IT Help Desk to schedule a meeting or phone call to guide you through setting up your production team in this environment once you have received your account information.
