Access Requests

MIP Workflow

To request access to the Mapping Information Platform (MIP) Workflow, please contact your RSC.

The RSC will collect general information used for account creation and assist in determining proper MIP Workflow roles and subscriptions. The RSC will populate a workflow access request form on your behalf and submit the form to the MIP User Care group for processing. You will receive access information such as username and password via email from along with general information on how to access the workflow.


New eLOMA Account Creation Page

To request access to the eLOMA application, please submit the online eLOMA Registration Form. Please Note: If you are an existing MIP User, you need to contact MIP Help (call 877-336-2627 or email to add eLOMA access to your existing User ID.

Other Applications

For access to all other applications such as MNUSS or FLIS, please email or call (877) FEMA-MAP. A Technical Support Specialist will guide you through the process and assist you with your request.

News and Highlights

August 3, 2018: The MIP will now accept the following additional
file formats for uploading: .scratch, .sqlite, .timestamp, .VER,
.lck, .json, .u00 (00 through 20), .O00 (00 through 20),
.c00 (00 through 20), .x00 (00 through 20), and .r00 (00 through 20)

As of September 28, 2017, the FEMA Mapping Information Platform (MIP)
transitioned from Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) to Hypertext
Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS), which secures data entered by
users. Users should update all bookmarks, including any systems
or processes that access MSC data or data services directly via URL.

UPDATE: Beginning February 5, 2018, the Studies Tracker Map will
display Projected and Actual Preliminary Date, Projected and Actual LFD
