Can I update (add or delete) CIDs for a project that is in the workflow?

Please submit a support request to the MIP User Care Team to have CID's added or deleted. The MIP User Care Team with work with FEMA and their CIS team to have the CID's added or deleted. FEMA's CIS system is the source for CID information.
