Frequently Asked Questions: MIP Workflow – Dashboard

We are working on a project in a particular county, but it does not seem to be present on the Project Dashboard on the MIP. Could you investigate?

Studies projects do not appear on the Dashboard until they have completed the Scoping task. Since the CPI and SPI for a project are calculated as the average of the CPI and SPI from all associated tasks with cost and schedule information, nothing will be calculated for a project until at least the Scoping task is complete.
