Why hasn't 'Distribute Determination' started?

Answer


The most likely cause is a template issue which is causing the next activity in the workflow not to appear. Please submit a support request to the MIP User Care Team for assistance. The analyst will be informed once the MIP User Care Team confirms that the cause is a template issue. The analyst can print and mail the determination document, and inform the MIP User Care Team of the completion date so the database can be updated.
