How do I reassign a case to a different engineer/analyst?

Answer


In order to reassign a case to a different engineer/analyst you need the Process Admin (PA Tool) role (different from Process Administrator role). If you do have access to Process Admin you will have to use the project search tool to look for the case. When the case pulls click on 'Update Revision Project. On the next screen, click on 'Reassign Project Resource.' This will again take you to a different screen where you can choose the appropriate 'Project Resource Workgroup' and 'Resource Name(New user).'
