MIP FAQs: Process Admin (PA) Tool

Can I update (add or delete) Community IDs (CIDs) for a project that is in the workflow?
Can I update Study Projects that were migrated to entry points 2 and 3 in the MIP using the PA Tool?
If I cannot use the PA Tool to update my migrated projects at entry points 2 and 3, what is the best way for me to correct this data?

1. Can I update (add or delete) Community IDs (CIDs) for a project that is in the workflow?

For any projects that need CIDs added or deleted, please submit a ticket to MIPHelp.

2. Can I update Study Projects that were migrated to entry points 2 and 3 in the MIP using the PA Tool?

Study projects migrated to entry points 2 and 3 in the MIP will not be able to be updated using the PA tool.

3. If I cannot use the PA Tool to update my migrated projects at entry points 2 and 3, what is the best way for me to correct this data?

The RMC should export the study project data report to an MS Excel file and mark up the changes that need to be made. When all edits are made the file should be sent to MIPHELP in the form of a ticket.
