  1. In the "Receive Publication Affidavit stage" I entered the wrong publication dates. How can I change the dates?
  2. The data development task is not showing up in my workbench. What do I do?

2. The data development task is not showing up in my workbench. What do I do?

Projects that were initiated in 2005 and older are known to have issues while starting data development tasks. Please submit a ticket to MIPHelp so the task can be manually started.

This is an uncommon situation. If you notice that ‘Perform Independent QA/QC’ never started please submit a ticket to MIPHELP and include the case number on the request.

4.  The ‘Store Content’ has completed for all the tasks. Why hasn’t ‘ProducePreliminaryMapProducts’ started?

8.  If I create a project by mistake, and I delete it using PA tool, will it still show up on the report as a closed case?

Yes, it will still show on the report as a closed case.

9.  How can I bypass an activity in the workflow?

Bypasses can only be requested by Regional Management Centers (RMCs), and must be approved by the Subject Matter Expert (SME).
