A project reached the Post Preliminary 
Map Production activity and the data 
expired in the middle of the Indefinite 
Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) 
contract. Another provider picked up the 
contract. What is the best way to handle 
this? 

Draft guidance will be created and presented on 
the MIP Champions and Black Belts call. The 
resolution will heavily involve MIP Help and 
previous MIP Help tickets submitted to resolve 
similar situations will be included in the guidance. 

 

Is anyone accepting delivery of LiDAR 
data? Have any Production and 
Technical Services (PTS) organizations 
started receiving data? 

LiDAR data is too large to upload to the MIP. 
This issue will be discussed on the next MIP 
Champions and Black Belts call.
