Work Instruction Revisions Search & Retrieve Purpose The purpose of this work instruction is to outline the process to search and retrieve Revisions data stored in the MIP. Prerequisites . Revisions data was uploaded to the MIP Navigation Via Menu Path Log in to the MIP . Tools & Links OR Workbench and Click Search & Retrieve Data Work Steps Search & Retrieve Data > Search Content portlet screen Search & Retrieve Data > Search Content portlet screen 1. Click the ? to open a new window with help text on the SearchContent portlet Information icon Flood Map Viewer functionality is currently under development. Information icon Most Revisions searches are simply conducted based on the Case Number. For data uploaded through Tools & Links, you can only search for data based on Case Number, Contact Name or Abstract fields FEMA Case Number - MIP generated project number Contact Name - search based on MIP user ID Abstract - any text added in the abstract field Note: All search fields are case sensitive. Information icon The DFIRM/DCS Search is only applicable for Studies projects. 2. Click to enter the FEMA Case Number 3. Click on: Search button Search Content portlet > Search Results screen 4. Click Link to view a file Search Content portlet > Data Files screen 5. Click the Download URL to download to open or save the file 6. Click the Download All Files link to download all files in a zipped folder. 7. Click on: Return Results button Search & Retrieve Data > Search Results screen 8.
