Meeting Minutes for September 20, 2012 There are two purposes to these bi-monthly calls: 1. Provide updates that may affect workflow user studies 2. Provide a forum for MIP Studies Users to ask questions and raise concerns to their peers as well as address challenges around the work studies Updates: 1. SP 03 successfully implemented in August . SP 03 included updating the address to the Data Depot and LOMC Clearinghouse . For more information you can view the FAQ on the hazards.fema.gov homepage 2. SP 04 to Launch in November . This Service Pack is still in the development phase and is scheduled to consist of an online application to submit letter of map changes, track their progress, and receive a LOMA/LOMR . SP 04 will convert the MT-1 form into an online application. SP05, scheduled to release in Spring 2013, will convert MT-2 to an online application . The purpose of this Service Pack is to make it easier to submit LOMC forms, pay online, reduce paperwork, speed up form submittal process, and to make the process more transparent and understandable to the public .
